First you will do some soft tissue work to loosen up your muscles, next you will do a dynamic warm up followed by self muscle activation (RPR) then we start your workout. Typical workouts are a full body circuit followed by a cardio finisher. You will finish up with stretches and yoga poses to get a proper cool down and recovery.
